Join Our Search and Rescue Team – Where Dedication Meets Purpose

Are you and your dog ready to make a life-saving difference? At SARDOC, we are looking for highly motivated handlers and skilled dogs to join our Search and Rescue (SAR) team. Becoming part of our unit requires a strong commitment, as training is extensive and ongoing. Handlers and their canine partners must dedicate countless hours to mastering obedience, scent detection, tracking, and agility. Training sessions often take place in varied conditions, both day and night, ensuring that our teams are always prepared for real-world rescue situations.

Search and Rescue is not just a hobby—it’s a mission. Our teams are on call 24/7, ready to respond to emergencies in all weather conditions. Whether searching for a lost hiker, responding to a natural disaster, or assisting law enforcement, SAR teams must be reliable, disciplined, and willing to deploy at a moment’s notice. The work is challenging, but the reward of bringing a loved one home is immeasurable. Joining our organization means becoming part of a dedicated group that values teamwork, service, and the deep bond between handler and dog.

The terrain we operate in is rugged, mountainous, and often unforgiving. Both handlers and their dogs must be in excellent physical condition, capable of hiking long distances, navigating difficult landscapes, and working in extreme conditions. Strength, endurance, and determination are essential for success in the field. If you and your dog have the drive, resilience, and passion to serve, we invite you to fill out an Interest Form.

Together, we can make a difference—one mission at a time.
